1. What kind of sculptures do you sell?

Yes. Most of our pieces are hand-finished by artisans, and many are one-of-a-kind. Natural variations in texture, color, and form are expected—and celebrated—as part of each sculpture’s individual story.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We offer international shipping for a flat rate of £20, and free international shipping on orders over £250. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

4. How much is shipping within the UK?

For UK customers:

  • Standard delivery is £5.99

  • Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping

We package all items securely to ensure safe arrival.

5. How long does delivery take?

Once your order is processed (usually within 2–3 business days), delivery estimates are:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–12 business days depending on your location and local customs

Tracking information will be sent to you once your item has shipped.

6. Can I return a sculpture if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

7. What if my item arrives damaged?

While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. If your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ad9wr.com with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll resolve it promptly—either with a replacement or full refund.

8. Can I request a custom sculpture or bulk order?

We occasionally accommodate special orders, including custom commissions or bulk purchases for interior designers or businesses. Please reach out via email with your request, and we’ll be happy to discuss possibilities.
