3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the return process.

7. What if my item arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. If your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ad9wr.com with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll resolve it promptly—either with a replacement or full refund.
8. Can I request a custom sculpture or bulk order?
We occasionally accommodate special orders, including custom commissions or bulk purchases for interior designers or businesses. Please reach out via email with your request, and we’ll be happy to discuss possibilities.
